A Proper Bookkeeping Firm prepares the financials so that they are ready for reporting and analysis and that they are ready for the accounting firms review. The Accounting Firm then takes the financials and either audits the prepared financials or files taxes with the prepared financials.

 We most certainly can help with catchup work! Most often, companies are coming to us because they have a problem with they way their books are currently being prepared. We generally spend the first month of the project cleaning up the books. During that time, we get a handle on the nature of the business and the catchup helps us do a more accurate job in the future. 

Absolutely. At any point, you will have a designated contact ready to discuss any transaction with you and answer any of your concerns or questions. 

1. We will sign an NDA with you and begin to look at your books and discuss the issues that you are having.
2. We will have a discussion to make sure that we will be an adequate solution for your company going forwards.
3. We will send an engagement letter detailing the services and pricing
